Longtime Eagles fans Mike Morisseau and Brittany Caldwell celebrated Philadelphia’s historic Super Bowl LII win with a milestone of their own. During the Eagles victory parade Feb. 8, Morisseau proposed to his girlfriend of nearly eight years on the Ben Franklin Parkway.
