It’s the latest chapter in the alleged Wilson High School hazing incident. The coaches recently cleared of all charges are scheduled to ask for their teaching jobs back later today. They were part of an alleged hazing incident that got national attention.
The two Wilson coaches recently cleared of criminal charges will be returning to the athletic field this fall. The Wilson School Board already reinstated William Atlas and Thomas Baia as teachers. Tuesday night they unanimously voted to reinstate Atlas as the varsity football coach and Baia as soccer coach. Neither Baia nor Atlas attended the meeting. Both are expected to begin coaching when school starts this fall.
