Ronald Ernest Phelps accidentally shot his son, while cleaning his gun in a Glen Burnie apartment. Anne Arundel County police officers were called to the 600 block Kuethe Road Tuesday night around 7:45. That’s where they found a 23-year-old man from Halethrope shot in the stomach. Phelps was arrested and charged with illegally possessing a shotgun and ammunition and marijuana possession. WNAV’s Nicki Mayo reports.
